ANWB Automaatje Oosterhout started on January 25, 2018. In January 2020 we drove more than 600 journeys per month. AutoMaatje is a great success. Transport from door to door with or without escort, all according to the wishes of the user. It appears to meet a need.
Are the usual transport options not sufficient for you and do you also need transport? Call 0162 471115 . Vending machine is made possible by the efforts of a team of volunteer drivers. They like to use their free time and car to bring fellow citizens to their desired destination. This can be done both locally and internationally. A lot is possible!
How it works
Do you also need transport? Please contact Oosterhoutvoorelkaar at least two days in advance. We make a suitable match between your transport request and a volunteer driver.
Once the match has been made, we will call you back to confirm the ride and tell you who will be your driver. The compensation is € 0.35 per kilometer driven (from the address of the driver) plus any parking costs. Our volunteers live in Oosterhout and we always try to find a match with a volunteer in your area.
At the agreed time, the volunteer will pick you up at home. On a short trip, it will often stay with you or wait for you in the car. If there is a lot of time between the outward and return journeys, we will discuss the options with the available driver. You pay the fee directly and in cash to the volunteer.
